Therapy Sessions & Hours of Operation

  In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are counseling sessions at Angie’s office in Benton. Please check the client portal for Angie’s current availability.

Your physical well-being and safety are just as important as your mental health. While masks are not required, please let Angie know your preference. If you have any symptoms of COVID or have been exposed to someone who does in the past 72 hours, please choose telehealth or reschedule your appointment.

Contact Angie at 501-242-0405 to schedule a free-15 minute phone consultation or request an appointment via the secure client portal.

  Telehealth / Online Sessions

Telehealth or online sessions are counseling sessions which are done via phone or video conferencing using a secure, HIPAA compliant platform. They can be done on your computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Telehealth sessions provide a convenient option for you to get the help and support you need at a time that is convenient for you.

Telehealth is an ideal option during the pandemic, and is also great for busy professionals, stay at home parents and caregivers, new moms with infants at home, and homebound clients with disabilities. According to research, online counseling can be just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions at the office.

In Her Own Words

Angie Bates

M.S., LPC, LMFT

Counseling is my second and most rewarding career; after struggling in my own life and attending therapy, I decided that helping others through therapy was what I wanted to do. I am a systemic therapist, meaning I approach therapy not only from the individual level, but also with the individual in relation to others, including their romantic relationship, family, friends, and colleagues at work.

I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you, your significant other, or your family to find healing and balance in your life and in the lives of the ones you love.
